*Note, you must have either a business PayPal account or credit card gateway service such as Authorize.net in place
Step 1: Set Up Your Organization's Personal Ticketing Website
Provide us with the following:
- organization's name, address and phone number and email
- website (if you have one)
- contact person's name, phone number and email
- Payment gateway information
We create a custom ticketing site with a look and feel based on your existing website and/or branding.
Step 2: Set Up Your Venues
Provide us with information about your venue or venues (you can have as many as you want). This includes room dimensions, stage orientation, section, row and seating information, etc. We will create a graphic based on the information you provide that will give your customers a realistic visual of the venue. The seats will even be displayed as angled to accommodate all types of venue layouts. No other ticketing service comes close to our seating layout.
Step 3: Set Up Your Events
Once you've set up your venue(s), you can start adding events. The system allows you to include a description as well as an image for each event, and create multiple dates for the event. You can specify different price levels and assign them to different sections, or based on ticketholder status (e.g. general admission, student or senior admission, etc).
